Account
placement can be handled via diskette, mail, E-mail, fax,
FTP transfer or electronically from your servicer. Second
Alliance will provide traditional placement forms or word
processing templates for computer generation. With a minimum
placement, we will even send a representative to your campus
to pick up your accounts.
Our comprehensive collection software program is capable of
handling detailed accounting and transaction processing of
accounts with single or multiple loan types and interest rates.
When posting retroactive transactions, such as tax offsets
or adjustments, it automatically recalculates and adjusts
the affected fields of interest and collection charges.
Remittances are sent in gross or net form and, if preferred,
to your servicer. Client reports are sent on a weekly, bi-weekly
or monthly basis and can be sent to multiple locations.
